[회계(Account),운영관리(Operation Mgt)] 근로시간/급여 산출 - 주간, 교대근무에 대한 이해

이번에 소개할 것은 회계의 측면과 관리 측면 두 가지 혼합이 되는 주제로 소개하려고 한다.

교대 근무 설계는 "계량 경영(Operation Research)"에서도 나올 수 있는데, 그렇게 어렵고 심오한 수준에서 논하려고 하진 않는다.

간단하면서 쉽고 이해할 수 있는 수준에서 교대근무에 대해서 소개하겠다.

This time, I'm going to introduce a topic that blends two aspects of accounting and management.

Shift design can also come from "Operation Research," but I'm not trying to discuss it at such a difficult and profound level.

I will introduce shift work in a simple, easy and understandable level.

1. 최저시급(Minimum hourly wage)

최저시급의 현황을 관리하는 틀이 있을 수가 있다.

시급 현황만 분리하였을 뿐 각각 근로자는 서로 다른 시급을 적용받을 수가 있다.

예외로 두었다.

There may be a framework to manage the status of the minimum hourly wage.

By separating only the hourly wage status, each worker can receive a different hourly wage.

2. 가산시간 비율(Addition time ratio)

예를 들면, 근로자에게 지급하는 소득에는 다양한 항목에 대해서 기준이 있다.

비율 등으로 공제 등을 할 수 있다.

For example, there are standards for various items of income paid to workers.

Deductions can be made in proportion, etc.

3. 주간 근로(Weekly work)

일하게 되면, 시간으로 환산하여 일정을 관리할 수 있다.

물론 전부 기록으로 추정하기에는 한계가 있긴 하다.

다만, 어떻게 흐름이 흘러가는지 등은 아래처럼 세분화할 수 있다고 본다.

When you work, you can manage your schedule in terms of time.

Of course, there is a limit to estimate all records.

However, it seems that how the flow flows can be subdivided as follows.

4. 주야2교대(Day and night 2 shifts)

주야 2교대는 크게 두 가지로 구성된다.

주간 근무조, 야간 근무조 두 가지로 구성이 된다.

휴무, 비번 등은 추가적인 일이다. 기본적인 틀은 주간 근무와 야간 근무 두 가지로 구성될 수 있다.

Day and night two shifts are largely composed of two things.

It consists of two shifts, day shift and night shift.

Closed days and off-duty days are additional. The basic framework can consist of two types of work: day work and night work.

5. 주간 3교대(3 shifts per week)

주간 근로시간을 3개 조로 나누어 재편성한 것이다.

주야 3교대이다.

조는 3개조로 편성되어야 한다.

6. 급여산출 (시급기준) - Salary calculation (based on hourly wage)

근로자의 임금을 시급 기준으로 하여 산출한 테이블이다.

This is a table calculated based on the wages of workers on an hourly basis.

그림 12, 그림 13은 시간을 기준으로 급여를 산출하는 방법에 대해서 소개하고 있다.
